  • If you burn 500 calories more than you eat every day for a week, you lose almost 1 kilo gram.

  • If you want to lose weight faster then you need to work exercise more than you eat.

  • For example: If you take 1,050 to 1,200 calories a day and doing calisthenics for a full hour, you can lose 1-2 kg in the first week, if you weigh more than 113 kg.

Important Note: It is very important not to cut calories even further - and this is dangerous.

  • Reduce the intake of salt and starch may also mean losing more weight at first - but this is mostly fluid, not fat.
